Meatballs with Mashed Potato

Homemade meatballs served with creamy mashed potatoes and mix of seasonal vegetables.

Curry Tofu Bowl

Fragrant coconut curry tofu served with fluffy rice, edamame, and marinated red cabbage.

Week 20 - May 13th - May 17th

Chicken Tikka Masala

Succulent chicken pieces simmered in a rich and creamy tikka masala sauce, served with fragrant rice and a side salad.

Mushroom Panzanella

A delightful blend of sautéed mushrooms, spinach, red onions, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and bread croutons, topped with feta cheese.

Curry Chicken

Tender chicken cooked with peas, onions, coconut milk, and coriander, served with crispy cauliflower and fluffy rice.

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Nutty quinoa mixed with crisp vegetables, olives, and feta cheese, tossed in a zesty Mediterranean dressing.
